The terms of this Service Agreement are for the “Beast Collector” service operated and provided by SendInAir, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “SendInAir”) and includes the application that needs to be installed when using the “Beast Collector” service.

Article 1 Acceptance and Terms of Service

1. To access and use BeastCollector TCG (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), you must agree to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").

2. Your use of the Game is subject to strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 Account and User Information

1. To use the Game, you must provide the necessary personal information to SendInAir.

2. The security and confidentiality of your account information are your responsibility.

3. Unauthorized use of accounts or actions that harm other users in any way is prohibited.

Article 3 Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content and assets within the Game are owned by SendInAir, and its owners, and unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

2. Any content created by players within the Game is considered to be transferred to and accepted by SendInAir.

Article 4 In-Game Behavior and Responsibilities

1. Posting or propagating inappropriate language, discrimination, insults, threats, or spam within the Game is prohibited.

2. Actions that harm other players within the Game are strictly prohibited.

3. Unlawful behavior, providing false information, attempting to hack, or exploiting the Game system in any way is strictly prohibited.

Article 5 Payment and Refunds

1. In-game payments are the responsibility of the user.

2. The refund policy may vary according to the policies of SendInAir.

Article 6 Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

1. In case of a dispute, efforts should be made to resolve the dispute through mutual agreement between the parties.

2. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be resolved in the competent court.

Article 7 Changes to the Terms

1. SendInAir, reserves the right to change the Terms at any time, and any changes will be notified through in-game announcements.

2. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the Game will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 8 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

1. SendInAir disclaims any responsibility for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Game.

2. SendInAir reserves the right to discontinue the Game service at any time and will not be held responsible for any resulting damages.
